REMINDER: PRACTICE ATTIRE IS ALL BLACK AND/OR PALMYRA THEATRE SPIRIT WEAR
15th ANNUAL WINTER CABARET • SAT., DEC. 21, 2 p.m.
This year’s winter cabaret is on Saturday, December 21. Rehearsal for students is 9 a.m.-1 p.m., doors open at 1:30 p.m., and the performance begins at 2 p.m. All your holiday favorites are back—9 to 5, celebration, lip-synch battle, and the great class raffle off!
Each class has started to coordinate a raffle basket for the cabaret, so be on the lookout for items that fit your class theme!

SET MOVE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
On Saturday, December 28th, we are in need of as many volunteers as possible to move our set pieces from a local storage unit to the high school. If you have a truck and/or trailer please bring it along. Students will receive 2 Thespian points for helping, and parents volunteering will receive $15 fundraising credit for their student. If you are available, please fill out this brief form to let us know who to expect and contact with more details. Contact Ms. Bucher or Ms. Arnold with any questions.
PALMYRA THEATRE MERCHANDISE MAKES GREAT PRESENTS!
TITANIC CREW
Students interested in joining the stage crew for Titanic, please fill out the crew interest form. We will be holding an interest meeting at 6 pm on Thursday, January 9th, where questions can be answered, and physical contracts will be handed out. Students will also get the information needed to join our Remind group at that meeting. From there, a first rehearsal date will be announced. Please fill out this form prior to the interest meeting.
PIT ORCHESTRA CONTRACTS
Pit students, if you have filled out your sign-up form, please make sure you complete the pit contract and email it to Mr. Gane (gane@lvc.edu) by your first rehearsal Jan. 7th.
TITANIC BIG STAR/LITTLE STAR
At Palmyra Theatre, students that are new to the high school program (little stars) are assigned a student that has been through the process before (big stars). This way, students always have another student to go to to talk about the show, ask questions, and just to have a buddy! Our big star/little star coordinator, Heather Glasmire, has created this form for little stars to fill out so she can start to assign these pairs. Little stars, please complete this form ASAP!
