Set Deconstruction

On Sunday following the show, we need to completely tear down the set, return and clean costumes, and clean up our stage area by the end of the day. In order to do so successfully, we need a handful of parent volunteers to help tear down the set, take down the back drop and clean up. If you are interested and able to assist following the performance on Sunday, please sign up at the link below. The more volunteers, the quicker we can wrap up. Therefore, the more time the production team can spend with the cast at the post-show.

Post-Show Cast ‘Party’

Following the final performance on Sunday, we will have a brief cast “party” in the cafeteria with light snacks leftover from concessions. This will take place after students have returned all costume pieces and cleaned up their dressing rooms. This will be a chance for students to socialize, decompress, and reflect. This is where we take the opportunity to wish our eighth graders luck at the high school in future shows and other endeavors. This “party” will be brief and will end promptly at 5:30pm. This should give ample time to tear things down, spend time at the party, and give appropriate travel time for those attending the Lazer Factory cast party put on by Mason Cermak’s family.

DVD Order Forms

Each cast and crew member should have brought home a DVD order form. I have attached it below, if needed. The show is professionally filmed and available for purchase. If interested, please do your best to get this to me by the end of the show this weekend. If you are unable to get it to me by then, students can turn them in to the main office at the middle school no later than April 4th.
