WEEKLY REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Please note that all weekday rehearsals now end at 7:30 instead of 6:30!
Monday 3/3, 4:30-7:30pm: Lonny, Drew, Sherrie, Regina, Hilda, Franz, Justice are called
Thursday 3/6, 4:30-7:30pm: Full cast is called. Wear dance appropriate shoes please.
Friday 3/7, 4:30-7:30pm: Full cast is called from 4:30-6:00. The following are called continuing from 6:00-7:30: Emma Sprout, Callahan Schlegel, Brooke Shellenhammer, Gracie Gobel, Ellah Matlock, Elyse Mills, Makayla Black, Charlotte Serio
PARENT VOLUNTEERS
We have a variety of parent volunteer needs and opportunities for those interested in helping out.
SET BUILD HELP: Below is the link to the Set Build Day sign ups! Set Build will be on Saturday, March 8th from 9:00am-1:00pm. For any parent with construction experience or building experience, we would greatly appreciate the help and heavy lifting assistance. Please click below to sign up. We only need 5 volunteers. This day is open to adults only, no students!
TECH WEEK MONITORS: Due to the chaos and business of tech week rehearsals, we need parent volunteers to help monitor the hallways and travel areas used throughout show rehearsals. We need 2 parent volunteers for each evening. The dates and times are found in the sign-up link below.
STAGE CREW
We had a surplus of students, last season and this season, interested in stage crew. We love that so many students are interested in being involved and wish we could include everyone. Due to the amount of set pieces and set changes, each show only requires a certain amount of stage crew needed. We would not want anyone to be involved and have nothing to do. It is also important to maintain a safe number of cast and crew backstage at a time.
Therefore, the announcement for interested stage crew is only being posted here on PT central for cast families and friends. Those who have previously reached out and received communication back may attend the stage crew meeting. Those interested in signing up for stage crew should attend practice in the middle school auditorium on Thursday, March 6th from 4:30-5:30pm.
